Dear parents,

We are writing to inform you about the group photos of our IB DP Year 2 seniors for Thesaurus. Students should come to School at the time and day mentioned below in accordance with their Form Tutoring Group. The schedule is as follows:

·         Friday, May 14^th 2021

o    10:15    IB2-1 and IB2-2

o    14:00    IB2-3 and ΙΒ2-4

·         Monday, May 17^th 2021

o    10:15    IB2-5 and IB2-6

o    14:00    IB2-7 and ΙΒ2-8

·         Tuesday, May 18^th 2021

o    10:15    IB2-9 and IB2-10

o    14:00    IB2-11 and ΙΒ2-12

Students will be notified about the procedure via email. They must be present at the specified time and day at Stephanou Delta Gate, where they will be picked up by Head of Year 2 Mr N. Velegrakis, escorted to the place where the group photo will be taken and then back to the Main Gate. Please sign the attached form and send it to [email protected] by tomorrow Thursday, May 13^th 2021. Students must present the signed consent form along with their Athens College ID or national ID card in order to leave Campus. 

We pay particular attention to all measures of prevention and safeguarding of our school community. We thus request that you visit the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs website where information on prevention and protection from coronavirus can be found on reopening of High Schools, as well as on self-testing and issuing of the school card all students should carry and show when entering Campus.
