On Monday, December 23, 2024, the Athens College - Psychico College High School Student Communities and the "A" Association organized a Christmas basketball match between the representative teams of the Athens College - Psychico College High School students against a team of HAEF staff. The students' team beat the staff team with a score of 41 - 40. 

Honoring the tradition of giving and solidarity of our School, the Student Communities decided this year to hold this match for charity and raised money to support the sports, educational, non-profit organization Special Olympics Hellas.

In the spirit of Christmas, the Student Communities transformed the basketball game into an opportunity to support the athletic and educational programs of Special Olympics Hellas and to help raise awareness of diversity issues in the College community.

The match was held at the Angelicousseio Indoor Gymnasium and Chandreio Athletic Center in the Psychico campus and was attended by students from all classes of the two high schools.
