Psychico College Grade 7 student Nikolia Garoufalidou, who also attends the Athens College – Psychico College Conservatory, won first prize and the “Top Performer” Award in the “New Star Strings Competition”. Our student has performed in a series of concerts in Greece and abroad, is a Special Interest scholar of our School and is in the first violin section of the College Symphony Orchestra.

In 2021 she won a series of international competitions:

• First Prize in the “Grand Virtuozo” (Bonn-Salzburg)
• Platinum Medal at the “Global International Music Competition”
• Gold Medal at the “Global Genius Music Competition”
• Platinum Medal at in the “Grand Maestro International Music Competition”
• Gold Medal in the online “International Music Competition”

She has also been chosen as a soloist with the Kamerata Junior Orchestra of the Megaron Athens Concert Hall.
