A singular learning environment for our adolescents
Our methodology
We comply with the Ministry of Education’s curriculum while applying the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme’s (MYP) concepts of holistic learning, intercultural understanding and skills development. The IB Organization (IBO) has authorized Athens College’s Junior High Schools as MYP World Schools.
We implement innovative programs, integrate technology into our teaching, and complement the Ministry’s textbooks with supplementary materials. We offer support tutorials that delve deeper into the subject content and fill gaps that students may encounter, as well as create and administer eQuizzes in all subjects. Lessons are held in the Library where students conduct research work. We enrich the program with clubs, activities, and events, such as presentations, competitions, and field trips.
