At the annual Greek – Cypriot Boys and Girls U16 Track & Field Meet held in Sparta on August 2^nd and 3^rd, 2017, Athens College student Markella Papandreou, member of the SAKA and the National Teams, entered the 4x100m relay race where she took 1^st place with a time of 47”64.

At the same Meet, Psychico College student Georgios Miliaras took 1^st place in the 3000m race where his performance time of 8’21”33 also set a new College record.
